What would you like to tell readers about yourself?
* Sam Crescent is passionate about fiction. She loves a good erotic romance and so it only made sense for her to spread her wings and start writing. She began writing in 2009 and finally got that first acceptance in 2011.
* She loves creating new characters and delving into the worlds that she creates. When she’s not panicking about a story or arguing with a character, she can be found in her kitchen creating all kinds of havoc. Like her stories the creations in the kitchen can be just as dubious but sometimes things turn out great.

What book are you going to tell us about today? Is it part of a series? If so, what's the order the books should be read in?
I’m going to be talking about Bound for Christmas. This is a BDSM, seasonal erotic romance and is the first book in my Club Kink Series. Bound for Christmas focuses on two key characters, Bernie (Bernie) and Master Leon. There are currently no other books in this series as Bound for Christmas is the first one.

How'd you/your muse come up with this story?
* I saw Master Leon in my head. Everything about his character was already built and I began writing a profile on him. When I’d done with him, Bernie came to me and I just thought she was a perfect fit. I mean, she’s a librarian and is completely taken with Leon from the first moment they meet.
* I knew their story would be fun to write. I love the fact he’s so protective of her. He would do anything. I also wanted to write a story about a dominant man who does everything for her. In quite a few of my works, it is the woman who cooks and cleans. Whereas, Leon does everything from cooking for her and making sure she’s safe. I don’t want to give too many details away.

Describe the hero in five words.
Dominating, Caring, hot, challenging and loving

Describe the heroine in five words.
Strong, sensual, trusting, loving and willing

Who's your favorite character in the book & why?
* I love them both. I know I should have a favorite, however, these two characters are just perfect for each other.
* Leon is strong and is willing to do anything for his woman.
* Bernie is submissive but has inner strength to put all of her trust in Leon.
* Their relationship is definitely an equal measure of give and take.

What's your favorite line in the story?
Again, I don’t have a favorite line. This is a gradual story of love and lust.

I am proud to say that I live in a small town in North Carolina, surrounded by fields and fresh air. Naturally I spend most of my days crouched in front of a keyboard or curled up with a book. I was born in Europe but grew up in the US. As a kid, I hated to read, until my mom forced me into a bookstore and made me pick at least one book. I picked RL Stine's "Cat" because I thought the cover was very cool, and my love for reading was born. Besides reading and writing, I enjoy spending time in nature, having a drink or two with friends and family, and playing with my spoiled dog.

What book are you going to tell us about today? Is it part of a series? If so, what's the order the books should be read in?
* The book I'm talking about today is "Sucking Santa's Candy Cane". At the moment, it is a stand-alone, but there is a side character who is begging for her own story.
* ‘Sucking Santa’ is about a woman who, after having her heart broken, has been reluctant to love and have fun. She meets a stranded stranger on the side of the road and they hit it off right away. But this stranger claims to be Santa Claus. Does Santa really exist?

How'd you/your muse come up with this story?
I really enjoy the taste of peppermint around the holidays. I can go without it all year, but as soon as December hits, I buy all the minty coffee creamer I could find, develop an addiction to peppermint candy, cookies, ect. So I was thinking, wouldn't it be cool if there was a man whose… um, candy cane, for a lack of a better word… tasted like peppermint. He would have to be a magical man, though. So that is how the story was born. And, hence the title.

Who's your favorite character in the book & why?
Actually, the character who wouldn't leave me alone right now is Samantha. Santa did promise that next year he will reunite Sam's family, so who knows? Maybe there will be a sequel in the works.

What's your favorite line in the story?
"Take a chance on love and lust." Those are the words the heroine's sister says to her. Noelle is very closed off when it comes to affairs of the heart. She doesn’t do meaningless sex, one night stands, ect. Her love live is non-existent, so when she takes her sister's advice and does indulge in lust, she finds that the man is also someone she could love.

* I’m one of those people who likes the heat ~ give me 80 to 90 degree weather any day! So, yes, when it dips to the low 60’s, high 50’s I get chilled. Needless to say, winter is not one of my favorite times of year. The two times of year I like best here in the desert are mid-spring and mid-fall because the temps are just right and the sun’s always out. What’s your favorite time of year and why?

A Look At Michaela Rhua & 'Eclipse of the Blood Moon' ( @MichaelaRhua @evernightpub #FF )

What would you like to tell readers about yourself?
* First of all thank you for letting me visit your blog today.
* About me…hmmm well let me think. I am a doctor's wife and I live life at odd hours depending on when my husband is on call. I have been known to be up and about at 2 am working on my next erotic tale.
* I have three teenage children; twin boys aged seventeen and a daughter aged fifteen, who also keep me busy. However, it is whilst travelling on the train into work that I have time to create my characters and imagine other places in which they exist as my world skims by the window. Conversations overheard often lead to the birth of new ideas that I scribble down in my trusty notebook.

What book are you going to tell us about today? Is it part of a series? If so, what's the order the books should be read in?

* I am really excited about this book. It is called Eclipse of the Blood Moon, published by Evernight Publishing. Being part of this anthology is fabulous as I got to work with some fantastic authors. Each story centers around the night of the Blood Moon, a rare occurrence that happens on All Hallows Eve. It brings with it unpredictable events. The stories are not inter-related but stand by themselves.
* My story is called Gypsy Butterfly and it's my first release so you can understand why I am excited as well as nervous!

How'd you/your muse come up with this story?
It was obviously going to have a paranormal feel to it being centered around Halloween. So I started to search for images. I find collecting pictures inspires ideas. It was whilst I was searching for pictures showing a blood red moon that I started to put images together that became the rough working board of my story. This is where Pinterest is great for shaping ideas.

Describe the hero in five words.
Blonde, Sexy, Protective, Courageous, Passionate

Describe the heroine in five words.
Strong, Independent, Survivor, Hidden, Beautiful

Who's your favorite character in the book & why?
It has to be Nali. She has had a difficult life and has survived through lots of pain. Now she has made her own way and lives as she pleases.

~ Excerpt from Gypsy Butterfly ~ * He must be an early riser. His deep, rumbling voice, which hummed a few chords of an unknown song, made her smile to herself. She was unsure of what to do. Usually no one was awake this early, so she had the cabin to herself, but with him there she hesitated. Get over yourself! She walked quietly to the next cubicle, but as she did so, his door opened slowly. Water continued to fall. He may not have locked the door properly. She put her head down trying not to look, but as his cubicle came into view, she could not help but glance in his direction.
* The sight was mesmerizing. Strong, long legs led to a tight ass. His waist was small but then broadened upwards to wide shoulders. As he scrubbed his head, his back muscles tightened and relaxed with the movement of his muscular arms. She stopped, just drinking in the sight. Then he turned, and she gasped. Nali covered her mouth to avoid him hearing her there. He stood in the shower with his eyes closed against the soapy suds. Her gaze followed the slow trail of suds downwards as they travelled over the toned torso, over his shaped stomach muscles to his relaxed cock, which still looked unbelievably thick and long. She wondered how large it would be when erect and how it would feel as it slid into her. He flicked his head as fresh water fell, cleaning the soap.
